Eight resistors in one device.
The two differently sized openings on the upper side of the handle and the use of 2 balls of different weight result in 8 different resistance levels for training. The handling corresponds to that of a flute. With a little practice, the Flow-Ball ULTRA® can be used in many different ways. Use the small ball for low resistance, the large ball is for advanced exercises, and use it for higher resistance.

Some uses with the Flow-Ball ULTRA®
- Blow the ball up and keep it in the air for as long as possible.
- Blow the ball up as often as you like and catch it in the whistle basket.
- Blow the ball up, rotating around your own axis one or more times.
- Tilt the Flow-Ball ULTRA® slightly up or down so that the ball rotates around its own axis at any speed.
- Place a container on the table and from a distance blow the ball vigorously into the opening.
- Blow the ball up and pass it to your partner by tilting the Flow-Ball ULTRA®. This takes it over by blowing in the area of its air cone. He keeps the ball in the air until his teammate has inhaled again and can take the ball. This process can be continued as long as you like (also with several people).
- Also suitable as a parlor game at the table.
