PGM100RE 20TH ANNIVERSARY Precision-made in Japan This limited edition reissue of the classic 1989 PGM 100 is the ultimate expression of ‘80s outrageousness, creativity, and technical prowess. Features the new Super Wizard neck with the same dimensions as the original 1987 Wizard but even stronger, thanks to 5-pc construction.
The legendary original Edge Tremolo bridge was one of the most reliable double-locking systems for 80's shred guitarists. Paul was a heavy whammy user in that period.
Dimarzio® PAF-Pro® Humbuckers and a true single coil FS-1™ are the mighty combination for Paul's searing, shredding and even crystal clear tone. All can be dialed in with the Ibanez Sprit-5 switching system.
The traditional neck joint has a metal plate with 4 screws, yet the tilt joint still offers easy upper fret access. Paul likes this original neck joint for its tonal characteristics, and it can be found on the latest PGM401 model.
